Application Form for NVC Scholarship Award

Please complete the application form, and send required attachments, official transcripts, and letters of recommendation to the address above or email address scholarship@newvisionchurch.org

1. Provide a proof of current enrollment at school.  Have the proof sent directly from the school to New Vision Scholarship Board via email or postal mail using the address shown at the top.     
2. Please have your official transcripts of the colleges attended sent directly from schools to New Vision Church Scholarship Board via email or postal mail using the address shown at the top. 

3. Please have two letters of recommendation sent directly to New Vision Church Scholarship Board via email or postal mail using the address shown at the top. The letters must come from Pastors or Professors.
